About the IPN Progress Report
The Interplanetary Network Progress Report (formerly TMO Progress Report, TDA Progress Report, and originally Deep Space Network Progress Report) is a quarterly technical journal published by the Jet Propulsion Laboratory. It presents peer-reviewed articles describing research, development, and operational results in deep-space telecommunications, tracking, navigation, radio science, and related fields. Articles describe work performed at JPL and by collaborating institutions in support of NASA deep-space missions and the Deep Space Network.
