Abstract
An approach is presented for deriving transmission line equivalent circuits that can approximately model the S-parameter response of traveling-wave maser slowwave structures. The technique is illustrated by computing the S-parameter responses of an X-band and S-band maser slow-wave structure and comparing these with experimental measurements.
