Abstract

This report describes three alternative structures for the receiving instrument for wideband spacecraft AVLBI or differential one-way range navigation. It does not contain a fully definitive analysis of this subject. Rather, it is intended to introduce to the reader ways of thinking about the AVLBI instrument that are more closely related to a conventional spacecraft instrument than to a radio-science VLBI instrument.
