Abstract

Current baseline design for the Mark IV-A 198.5 Deep Space Network (DSN) calls for colocating the antennas of each Deep Space Communications Complex at one site. This article analyzes potential radio frequency interference (RFI) problems related to colocation and outlines the solutions.
